Car Key Duplication & Spare Keys

Most platforms allow an additional key to be added while an accepted key is present. A few restrict the total number of keys a vehicle will hold, and some require all existing keys to be present so none are erased. Key type — blade, remote-head or proximity — sets the parts cost.

Have: a working key or fob, brought to the appointment; vehicle year, make and model; how many keys the vehicle currently has; proof of ownership. Proof of identity and vehicle ownership or written authorisation is required before any key is originated or programmed.
